Return Application Process
Before initiating a return, please send a return emial to 📧 mkt2@teverun.com, preferably including a photo or video showing any damage.
Once approved by TEVERUNSHOP, Customer Support will provide the return address. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals, and customers are responsible for secure packaging.
Please return the product within 7 days of approval and provide the tracking number and query link, otherwise the request will be considered expired. -

Delivered Orders
