I purchased it about two weeks ago via the website www.teverun.com; it was shipped from your store in the Czech Republic via DHL.
The TEVERUN BLADE MINI ULTRA arrived at my home on August 14, 2026. Since that day, I have tried to use it, but it does not accelerate or move—neither forward nor backward—despite having paired it with the brand's app (only the display turns on).
As a result, I am currently losing work days—in other words, losing income—because the scooter I was sold does not work. To make matters worse, the 2024 digital manual does not specify how to operate it; it only lists maintenance instructions and a description of the scooter.
I require a prompt solution regarding the damages and losses caused to me and my family, as well as an immediate replacement of the scooter.
This is a truly dire situation; if I cannot work with the scooter, my family cannot eat, and we certainly cannot pay our apartment rent.
