📦 TEVERUN Shipping Policy Disclaimer

At TEVERUN, we’re committed to delivering a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Please review the following shipping terms to better understand our process and what to expect with your order.


✅ Order Processing Time

  • Most in-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days after full payment is received.

  • Orders aren’t shipped on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise arranged.

  • Orders with backordered items may require extra time—we’ll notify you promptly if this applies.

  • Shipping charges (excluding customs duties) will be calculated and shown at checkout.


🔐 Order Verification & Security

To protect our customers:

  • We may contact you to verify order details before shipment.

  • Please ensure your contact info (phone & email) is accurate to avoid delays.


💸 VAT at Checkout

What is VAT?
VAT (Value Added Tax) is applied to goods and services, including international orders.

How it works:
If applicable, VAT is automatically calculated and collected at checkout and paid to local tax authorities in compliance with regulations.


🚚 Shipping of High-Value Items

  • High-value orders (including electric scooters) are shipped with signature confirmation required.

  • Some carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery—please provide a valid phone number at checkout.


📩 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking info and a direct link.

  • We recommend tracking your shipment regularly, especially for signature-required deliveries.


📦 Items Damaged During Transit

While we carefully pack every order, damage may still occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Visible Damage on Arrival
– Refuse the package and ask the courier to note: "Package refused due to damage."

2. Concealed Damage (Found Later)
– Contact TEVERUN and the courier within 7 calendar days.

What to prepare for a damage claim:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product & packaging

  • Courier’s claim or reference number

  • Preserve original packaging until the claim is resolved

⚠️ Claims made after 7 days may be denied.


🕒 Tracking & Delivery Status

Once shipped, the courier is responsible for routing and final delivery.
Please contact the courier directly for the most accurate status updates using your tracking number.


✍️ Delivery Terms & Signature

  • Orders over $200 USD require a signature on delivery (including warranty replacements).

  • Customers may request a waiver in specific cases.

  • Delivery hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time (depends on courier schedule).

  • Failed delivery attempts may result in a $35 reshipping fee.

  • Refused deliveries (non-damage related) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


❗ Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

  • If returned due to an incorrect address, the customer covers reshipping costs.

  • TEVERUN is not responsible for losses or delays caused by inaccurate shipping info.

  • Please double-check your address before placing an order.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
To ensure smooth delivery, make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
