TEVERUN offers a 1-year limited warranty on electric scooters and key components. This policy ensures fair protection and clear expectations for all users.

The following are not covered under TEVERUN’s limited warranty:

Products marked with “Clearance,” “Discount,” “Final Sale”, etc.

Products not purchased from TEVERUN or unauthorized dealers

Products used for rental, commercial, or racing purposes

Products modified without TEVERUN’s written approval

To qualify for warranty service:

A: Not currently. However, TEVERUN keeps all key components in stock to support repairs beyond the 1-year period.
Q: Does the warranty apply internationally?
A: Yes! TEVERUN provides global parts support. International customers simply cover the shipping cost.
Q: Are screws or bolts covered?
A: No. Screws and bolts are considered routine maintenance items. Each scooter includes a tool kit for this purpose.
