📅 1-Year Limited Warranty

TEVERUN offers a 1-year limited warranty on electric scooters and key components. This policy ensures fair protection and clear expectations for all users.


🚫 Not Covered by Warranty

The following are not covered under TEVERUN’s limited warranty:

  • Products marked with “Clearance,” “Discount,” “Final Sale”, etc.

  • Products not purchased from TEVERUN or unauthorized dealers

  • Products used for rental, commercial, or racing purposes

  • Products modified without TEVERUN’s written approval


✅ Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service:

  • Must provide a valid proof of purchase from TEVERUN or an authorized reseller

  • The product must be unmodified, well maintained, and free of misuse

  • No signs of water damage or improper storage

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser

  • Warranty is non-transferable and non-renewable after 1 year


🔧 What’s Covered

TEVERUN’s warranty covers key electrical components:

  • 🌀 Motor

  • 🔋 Battery

  • ⚙️ Controller

  • 📟 LCD Display

Upon claim approval, replacement parts will be provided free of charge.
Support includes tutorial videos, documents, and remote assistance.
💡 Certified repair partners are available when needed.
⚠️ Shipping and labor costs are not included.


🛠️ What’s NOT Covered

These items are excluded from warranty:

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, tire wear, fabric tears)

  • Environmental damage (moisture, corrosion, saltwater exposure)

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or services

  • Natural wear like fading paint, rust, or rubber/plastic aging

  • Water damage, including rain or submersion

  • Missing hardware (screws, bolts, etc.) due to lack of maintenance

  • Any third-party parts (e.g., non-TEVERUN tires or batteries) – these are covered by the original manufacturer

📝 How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Email 📧 mkt2@teverun.com
Step 2: Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos

Step 3: We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.

⚠ Claims without proper documentation may be delayed or denied.


🔒 Warranty Owner Responsibilities

As a TEVERUN owner, you are responsible for:

  • Performing regular maintenance as described in the user manual

  • Using the scooter under proper conditions

  • Keeping records of any service or repairs

Neglecting these responsibilities may result in a denied claim.


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why isn’t water damage covered?
A: Our scooters are water-resistant, not waterproof. Like major electronics brands (e.g., Apple), water damage is excluded from coverage.


Q: Can I buy an extended warranty?
A: Not currently. However, TEVERUN keeps all key components in stock to support repairs beyond the 1-year period.


Q: Does the warranty apply internationally?
A: Yes! TEVERUN provides global parts support. International customers simply cover the shipping cost.


Q: Are screws or bolts covered?
A: No. Screws and bolts are considered routine maintenance items. Each scooter includes a tool kit for this purpose.
