🔁 TEVERUN Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

📌 General Return Guidelines

  • Products purchased from authorized retailers must follow that retailer’s return policy.

  • All electric scooters purchased through the official TEVERUN website follow the policy below.

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange due to high shipping costs.


🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Express shipping orders (e.g., Next-Day Air) must be canceled within 6 hours.

  • Contact us at 📧 mkt2@teverun.com as soon as possible.


✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

1. Unopened & Unused Scooters – Within 3 Days of Delivery

  • Must be unopened and unused.

  • Return within 3 business days.

  • 20% restocking fee applies.

  • Refund issued as store credit or gift card.

  • Customer covers return shipping.

  • Refusing a shipment will also incur a 20% fee, unless the box is visibly damaged.


2. Opened or Lightly Used Scooters (<10 miles) – Within 30 Days

  • Must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Usage must be under 10 miles.

  • Return/exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • 20% restocking fee applies.

  • Refund issued as store credit or gift card.

🔍 Up to 10 miles is considered reasonable testing. Contact support before returning.


❌ Returns Not Accepted If:

  • More than 30 days have passed.

  • Scooter has been ridden over 10 miles.

  • Signs of misuse, water damage, or modification.

  • Used for commercial, rental, or competition.

  • Purchased as refurbished, discounted, or clearance.

  • Return is without prior approval.

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective performance (speed, range, etc.).

  • International orders.

  • Return due to local regulation restrictions.


🧩 Accessories, Parts & Digital Products

  • Non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

  • Approved returns may incur a restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for compatibility checks.


🔍 Defects vs. Non-Defects

📦 Return/Exchange Instructions

  1. Email your order number and reason for return to 📧 mkt2@teverun.com

  2. Upload photos/videos and confirm eligibility.

  3. Once approved, return product using original or sturdy packaging.

⏱ After receiving and inspecting the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Note: Applying does not guarantee approval. TEVERUN reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet policy requirements.


💵 Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Restocking fee: Up to 20%, based on condition.

  • Refunds are reduced by:

    • Original shipping costs

    • Non-refundable items (e.g., accessories)

    • Duties/taxes

    • Return shipping is paid by customer


📋 Condition Requirements

Returned scooters must:

  • Be in same condition as delivered

  • Be free of water damage, scratches, dents, rust, or misuse

  • Be securely packaged

  • Heavily used returns or those without original packaging may face extra 20% deduction


📦 Returns Due to Shipping Damage

If visible damage upon delivery:

  • Refuse the shipment

  • Ask courier to note the damage

If hidden damage found later:

  • Notify TEVERUN and the carrier within 7 days

  • Provide photos/videos and tracking number

  • Submit a support ticket immediately


🛠 Warranty Returns

  • Products deemed defective under warranty are eligible for return at TEVERUN’s expense

  • Replacements are sent after the original product is received and inspected

  • You may choose store credit or gift card after product return


📌 Final Notes on Returns & Exchanges

  • TEVERUN offers free initial shipping, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • All returns are manually inspected

  • Our team is dedicated to fair, responsive service


💳 How Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Refunds are issued as store credits or TEVERUN gift cards

  • Final amount adjusted for:

    • Restocking fees

    • Return deductions
